Our Guarantee

1. We promise to provide up-to-date security and information technology best practices regarding your sensitive information and privacy. This includes the information you provide us via our website, emails, text and phone, and the security of your information once we’ve received it. We take no shortcuts in this regard and promise your information will be duly protected.

2. Communication is key. We promise to never leave you hanging around waiting for a phone call or email. For most requests, we respond the same business day and in all cases, in no more than 24 hours (unless your request falls on a holiday or a Sunday). We understand that if you have questions and want them answered. If your customer service representative is out of the office or with another customer, we will be sure to put you and your account in the hands of another customer representative that can do the job just as well.

3. We don’t "Set it and forget it". We never just assume you are happy with your transaction. Our policy is to insure your products arrive on time and as expected. The majority of our business comes from repeat customers and we place a premium on your satisfaction with our service. We want you to come back for more and can’t expect that to happen if you are unhappy with our service or the way you are treated.

4. We promise to adhere to the Military Lending Act of 2007 in addition to the US FDIC Small Dollar Loan Guidelines. Our goal is to provide you the highest level of service and follow the best practices and policies defined by the government. We provide all loan documentation in electronic format giving you the convenience of time to review your agreements and make decisions without any undue pressure. We want you as a repeat customer and do what we can to make sure all your dealings with us are positive.

5. Last of all, we promise No Bull. All Exchange USA employees recognize that not all things go according to plan. Therefore we promise to be up front and honest about any adverse situation that may arise with your transaction-either with something not being in stock as expected, or if there is a delay for some reason in delivery. We promise to let you know what’s going on and how we plan to fix any issues immediately.
